Some mornings, even the smallest movements remind us to be gentle with ourselves.
This morning began with stiffness, inflammation, and discomfort throughout my body. It is one of those mornings when my mind still wants to do many things, but my body seems to have a different plan.
I am not writing this to seek sympathy or make anyone feel sad. I simply believe that vulnerability is also part of being human, and I have always preferred to be honest about the different sides of my life.
Geilstonia is one of those little spaces where I allow myself to be just that — myself.
No grand promises, no ambitious production schedule, and certainly no pressure to create something every day. Just my personal art, little stories, and whatever imagination allows me to bring into the world.
Meet Tasneuw — A Little Soul of the Sea
Today, I would also like to introduce Tasneuw, a little spotted seal from Geilstonia’s Little Souls of the Sea | Series 01.

Tasneuw is quite a cheeky little fellow. He enjoys his own company, seems perfectly comfortable being alone, and carries a little personality of his own.
He is simple, a little imperfect, and perhaps that is what I like most about him.
Like many of my little characters, Tasneuw began with a few hand-drawn lines, small details, and an unexpected moment of imagination. He has now found his way into Geilstonia’s growing collection of digital greeting cards, available through our Ko-fi shop.
Nothing too complicated. Just a little sea soul finding his own place.
Creating Within My Capacity
As the person behind Geilstonia, I may not always be able to maintain this website, introduce new products, or share stories as regularly as I would like.
Some days are more productive. Other days require more rest.
And I am learning to respect both.
Geilstonia is not intended to become another source of pressure. It is a personal creative home where I can draw, write, explore, and share little things whenever my body and mind allow.
Perhaps the collection will grow. Perhaps there will be quiet periods. Both are perfectly fine.
A Gentle Reminder
If there is one thought I would like to share today, it is this:
While your body is healthy and your energy allows, make the most of the things that matter to you.
Create something. Learn something. Spend time with those you love. Explore your little dreams, even if they seem insignificant to others.
But please remember that doing your best does not mean exhausting yourself.
Rest when you need to, even before your body demands it.
Be kind to yourself, not only when life becomes difficult, but also when everything seems to be going well.
And when you have enough kindness and energy within yourself, share some of that positivity with the world around you.
We do not always know what someone else may be carrying quietly.
For me, today may be a stiff morning. But it is also another morning when a little creativity can still find its way through.
And perhaps that is enough.
Small hands, quiet roots, and little souls finding their own rhythm.
With love,
Geilstonia
Tasneuw is part of Geilstonia’s Little Souls of the Sea — Series 01. His digital greeting card is available through Geilstonia on Ko-fi.
